Hi, in preparation for my new Rockpainting Video Tutorial (link follows at this point) I have created a step-by-step photo tutorial how to create or practice the rough sketch of a squirrel. It’s not about the final hatching you see in the last picture. I only did that because I wanted to have worked it out a bit in my sketchbook.

Draw a 10×10 cm square and divide 2x in the middle.
Step 2
Draw 2 ellipses for the head and body.
Step 3
Now do all the steps in the next pictures. Notice exactly how the distances of each line are.
